At The Martial Arts Connection we have 2 Beginner Martial Art Programs: The Karate Kids (ages 4-6) and The Beginners (ages 7-13).

Both programs have 3 main sections of class: Physical Fitness, Forms (Tae-Kwon Do) and Self-Defense (Chinese Kempo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).

ALL classes at TMAC are taught by professional adult instructors only and are assisted by specially trained, high ranking, assistant instructors!
