Boxing/Conditioning Classes

These Boxing/Conditioning classes are designed to work every part of your body. You will increase your strength and cardio while decreasing your weight and stress level! The great part about these classes is that you can participate at any fitness level!


If you are just beginning a program for the 1st time (or just getting back into working out after a long vacation) or if you are a regular person that works out and wants to be challenged, we will accommodate and give you variations. Get the lean, strong, body of a boxer without the bruises! These classes never get boring; as each class is different!

 

Requirements:

  • Water (10 or 12 oz.)
  • Boxing gloves (whatever weight you are comfortable with)
  • 2 hand held weights (5 or 8lbs)
  • Sneakers used for just this class (not worn outdoors)
  • ... and you will most certainly need a TOWEL!
